What we do
Panoptic Digital Architecture (PDA) is a digital agency run by Eric Ferguson in Dahlonega, GA. We build websites, local and AI search optimization, CRM and operations systems, and workflow automation for 1-25 person businesses doing $100K-$3M in annual revenue.
- Brand Design: Logo, color, type, and the rules that hold them together.. so every touchpoint looks like the same business made it.
- Web Design & Development: Custom sites built for the customer you actually have, not a generic small-business template. Fast, mobile-ready, and tuned for search.
- SEO / AEO Optimization: Local SEO plus answer-engine optimization. We tune for the person Googling you and the one asking an AI who to call.
- Software Unbundling: You pay every month for bloated platforms and use a sliver of what they do. We map what you actually need, then build a tool that does exactly that.. and you own it.
- AI Training & Automation: We train AI on how your business actually works, then put it to work on the repetitive tasks.. so owner hours come back to your week.
Services start at $85/month with no long-term contracts. See all packages.

Our System
How a partnership with PDA compounds. Start with a foundation and add systems as you grow.
- Foundation. A brand and a clean, fast, mobile-ready website, optimized for organic and generative search.
- Growth. Service pages, local and AI search, and a blog that compounds, so the right people find you.
- Operation. The website wired into the business: CRM, email, and dashboards, with leads tracked end to end.
- Automation. Follow-up sequences, document generation, content drafts, and internal alerts that hand owner hours back.
Estimated Project Timeline
How we build a website. A mid-size website, roughly 14 weeks. Timings are indicative for one project type and include feedback rounds.
- Immersion (1 week). Competitor and industry analysis, brand audit, and a first-pass sitemap before kickoff.
- Kick Off Meeting (3 hours). A workshop with your key people and the PDA team to align on goals, functionality, and structure.
- Structure / UX (2 weeks). The whole site wireframed as a clickable prototype with the content organised to flow.
- Design / UI (3 weeks). Bespoke page templates or a component system, in mobile and desktop, prototyped with micro-interactions.
- Development (4 weeks). A functional specification, then front and back-end build with the right technology and integrations.
- QA & Launch (2 weeks). Browser and device testing, technical SEO, migration to live, and a 30-day fix guarantee.
