Website Builds.
Foundation is a focused one-page site. Framework is the multi-page build. Both are custom, mobile-ready, and structured for real customers from day one.
What we actually do
There are thousands of website templates you could buy for $59 and have live by dinner. PDA does not build from templates. Every site starts with a real conversation about who your customers are, what they need to understand, and what makes your business worth choosing.
Foundation is the right answer when one strong page can do the job. It gives the business a credible home base: what you do, where you do it, why people trust you, and how to get in touch.
Framework is the right answer when the business needs room: dedicated service pages, location pages, project proof, resources, or a stronger path from search intent to inquiry. It is still a website build, not a grab bag of unrelated services.
PDA builds search-ready websites from the ground up. We do not sell ongoing SEO retainers as a core service. Care plans preserve the health of the website after launch, including crawlability, redirects, metadata integrity, sitemap/schema health, page speed hygiene, and Search Console issue review.
What makes us different
- Custom design from scratch.. no themes, no page-builder bloat
- A working demo before payment so both sides can see the direction
- The site is scoped before it grows, so you are not sold features you do not need
- Copy and structure are built around how customers actually evaluate you
- Search readiness is built into the construction pass, not bolted on later
- Care is separated clearly from build work, so recurring support stays honest
What you get
- Discovery call and sitemap recommendation
- Custom responsive design
- Mobile-first development
- Core conversion sections and contact path
- Search-ready titles, metadata, schema, and sitemap
- Launch QA, Search Console setup, and 30-day cleanup window
Common questions
- What is the difference between Foundation and Framework?
- Foundation is one focused custom page. Framework is a multi-page custom site with dedicated pages for services, locations, proof, or resources. The deciding question is whether the business needs more structure than one page can honestly carry.
- Can I see the site before I pay?
- Yes. PDA builds a working draft before you owe a dollar. If the direction is wrong, we fix it early or you walk away before money changes hands.
- What happens after launch?
- Every build includes a short post-launch cleanup window. After that, Care is the recurring layer for hosting, maintenance, health checks, and approved content updates.
Estimated Project Timeline
How website builds move. Foundation is usually shorter; Framework depends on sitemap depth and feedback speed.
- Discovery & Scope (2-3 days). We clarify the offer, audience, proof, pages, and what should not be included yet.
- Working Draft (1-2 weeks). A real draft goes live privately so you can react to the actual site, not a deck.
- Build & Content Pass (1-3 weeks). Design, copy structure, responsive development, and search-ready construction come together.
- QA & Launch (2-5 days). Device testing, metadata/schema/sitemap checks, forms, analytics, Search Console, and launch coordination.
- Cleanup Window (30 days). Small launch fixes and tuning. After that, recurring support belongs in Care.
