Website Care.
Care keeps a PDA-built website healthy, findable, backed up, and current after the build is complete.
What we actually do
A good website is not a crockpot. You do not launch it, wander off, and assume everything quietly remains perfect forever. Browsers change, plugins or dependencies age, search consoles complain, links break, redirects drift, and business details need updating.
Care is the practical maintenance layer: hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, content updates inside the agreed monthly window, and routine checks that keep the website reliable.
It also preserves search readiness. That means crawlability, redirects, metadata integrity, sitemap and schema health, page-speed hygiene, and Search Console issue review. It does not mean PDA is selling a standalone SEO retainer or promising rankings.
When something falls outside Care, we estimate it clearly before work starts. New page builds, campaign work, content production, and custom functionality stay scoped as separate projects.
What makes us different
- Maintained by the person who knows how the site was built
- Focused on website health, not vague monthly marketing activity
- Search Console issues reviewed in plain English
- Updates are bounded by the agreed support window
- Anything outside Care is estimated before work starts
- Built to prevent drift, not create dependency theater

Common questions
- Is Care required?
- No. Foundation and Framework are website builds. Care is the recurring layer if you want PDA to keep the site hosted, maintained, monitored, and updated after launch.
- Is Care an SEO retainer?
- No. Care preserves the technical health of the website: crawlability, redirects, metadata, schema, sitemap, page-speed hygiene, and Search Console issue review. It is not a monthly ranking campaign.
- What if I need new pages later?
- Small edits can fit inside Care when they are within the support window. New page builds or larger changes are scoped and approved separately.
Estimated Project Timeline
How Care runs each month. It is intentionally boring in the best possible way: check, fix, report, and flag anything bigger before it becomes a mess.
- Health Check (Monthly). Review uptime, backups, forms, crawlability, redirects, and obvious site issues.
- Search Console Review (Monthly). Check indexing, page experience, sitemap, and crawl issues that could affect discoverability.
- Approved Updates (As needed). Make content updates that fit inside the agreed monthly support window.
- Maintenance Note (Monthly). Send a plain-English summary of what changed, what is healthy, and what needs a separate estimate.
