Common questions

What kinds of tasks are good candidates for automation?

The best candidates are repetitive, rule-based tasks you currently do manually: lead follow-up sequences, appointment reminders, invoice generation from job records, internal status alerts, and document drafts your team then reviews. We avoid automating anything that requires genuine judgment or where a mistake affects a customer relationship directly.

Will my customers know they are talking to AI?

For outbound sequences and document generation, that is generally invisible to the recipient. For any customer-facing AI that involves conversation, we design it to be transparent about what it is. We do not build systems that deceive your customers.

What if an automation breaks?

We monitor active automations and respond to alerts within one business day. Quarterly audits check everything that is running, flag anything drifting, and retire workflows that are no longer earning their keep.
