Why we offer a year-one results guarantee.

The PDA Guarantee says: if we don't generate qualified lead value worth what you've paid us in year one, we work for free until we do. Here's the math behind it.

Most agencies are terrified of guarantees. They sell you a website, take your money, and then carefully avoid being measured against any specific outcome. "SEO takes time." "Marketing is a long-term play." "There are too many variables."

We hate that. So we put a guarantee in our standard SoW: if you spend $X with us in your first twelve months, we'll generate qualified leads worth at least $X by the end of the year. If we don't, we keep working at no charge until we do.

How we can do this honestly

The trick is in the definition. We measure generated lead value, not closed business. PDA's job is to bring you qualified prospects with real projects. Your job is to close them. If we generated $50K of qualified pipeline and you closed 10% of it, that's still us doing our job.. your sales process is a different problem.

We pre-qualify with a budget field on every form. So at the moment a lead arrives, we know roughly what it's worth. We sum those across the year. If the sum exceeds what you've paid us, we're square. If not, we keep working.

The fine print

The Guarantee applies only when the full Growth services package is in place: 2hrs of customization, 5 blog posts per month, full SEO management. If a client removes services from the package, we can't be held accountable for outcomes that depend on the work that got removed. That's just fair.

Foundation clients don't get the Guarantee, but they don't need one.. it's month-to-month with no contract. The risk math is already in their favor.
