In practice, that's Foundation before Growth: a fast, mobile-first one-page site with on-page SEO before we ever talk about a multi-page build, a blog, or a full local-and-AI-search program. If the Foundation site is generating calls and the business is ready for more surface area, Growth is the natural next step. If it isn't yet, adding pages doesn't fix that. It just adds more pages that don't convert.
The same logic applies past the website. Operation-tier work, wiring the site into a CRM and dashboards, only earns its place once there are enough leads flowing through the Foundation or Growth site to make tracking them worth the setup. We won't sell you a CRM to organize five leads a month. We'll tell you when the volume justifies it.
