Ranger Rentals
Christopher F. graduated college with an idea: bring an appliance rental business to Athens, GA. He had none of the pieces yet.. no entity, no product, no inventory, no customers. We took this one on pro bono and built every piece with him, start to finish.
The challenge
What Christopher didn't have was any of the infrastructure a business needs to actually exist: no legal entity, no licensing, no product to rent, no inventory, no way to reach a single customer, and no system for keeping the books once money started moving. Most first-time founders get stuck on any one of those pieces. Christopher was starting from zero on all of them at once, with a diploma, an idea, and nothing else to build on.
What we built
We took this on pro bono and built the business alongside him from the ground up: formed and licensed the entity, developed the MVP for the rental product itself, sourced the first round of appliance inventory, built the marketing campaigns to bring in the first customers, set up his business accounts, and kept his books during the launch. Nothing was outsourced piecemeal.. we treated it like our own business getting off the ground.
The outcome
Ranger Rentals launched as a real, licensed, running business in Athens, GA.. not just an idea on a whiteboard. Christopher went from a college graduate with a concept to a founder with inventory on the ground, marketing bringing in customers, and books that are actually kept. Every piece he needed to start was there before day one.
