The challenge
Clean Machines runs a tight operation: washer and dryer rentals with free delivery and covered maintenance across North Georgia, starting at $40 a month. The service was solid. The system for capturing bookings wasn't. Every reservation came in as a text message. Every text was a thread. Every thread was a chance to miss a job, double-book a Saturday, or lose a lead who'd reached out three days ago and never heard back. Demand wasn't the problem. Catching it was.
What we built
We built Madison a Growth site with a real booking system: customers choose what they need, schedule delivery, and the request lands somewhere it won't get buried. Free delivery and covered maintenance are front and center so there's no ambiguity about what's included. The $40/month entry point is clear before anyone has to ask. The whole site works the way the service does.. clean, straightforward, and reliable.
The outcome
Bookings live in one place instead of fifteen text threads. The calendar fills itself. Saturdays book out a month in advance instead of scrambling at the last minute. What used to be an inbox is now a business system, and Clean Machines scales into new service areas without Madison having to manage a corresponding growth in message threads.
