Clean Machines

The challenge

Clean Machines runs a tight operation: washer and dryer rentals with free delivery and covered maintenance across North Georgia, starting at $40 a month. The service was solid. The system for capturing bookings wasn't. Every reservation came in as a text message. Every text was a thread. Every thread was a chance to miss a job, double-book a Saturday, or lose a lead who'd reached out three days ago and never heard back. And with the schedule living in an inbox, one week overflowed while the next sat empty. There was no way to plan deliveries, staffing, or inventory more than a few days out.

What we built

We built Madison a Growth site with a real booking system: customers choose what they need and schedule delivery against the slots Clean Machines actually wants filled, so jobs land on the days that fit the routes instead of wherever a text thread left them. Free delivery and covered maintenance are front and center so there's no ambiguity about what's included. The $40/month entry point is clear before anyone has to ask. The whole site works the way the service does.. clean, straightforward, and reliable.

The outcome

Bookings now come in at a steady, predictable clip instead of in bursts. The calendar fills the days Madison wants filled.. Saturdays book out a month in advance, and next month's schedule is visible today instead of buried in an inbox. Deliveries, staffing, and inventory get planned around real numbers instead of guesses. The whole operation runs smoother, and Clean Machines scales into new service areas without the chaos scaling with it.
